20 somethings, what does your living situation look like?

Hey there, moving back to the area this December and hoping to be living at home for as little time possible 😖 Just curious how my fellow young people are living in such an expensive city. What neighborhood are you in? Do you have roommates, if so where did you find them? How much you paying for rent/ utilities? Any recommendations on where to look are much appreciated! I would of course love to be in midtown or somewhere active and fun but the my bank account is saying no way sis!

Edit: I’m 26F. Will be job hunting but I currently make around 55k. Don’t have a lot saved but have decent credit. I Imagine I’ll be taking a pay cut when I’m back because I’ll be looking for something different. If you are someone who had to look for roommates I’d love to hear about that experience. I am an extrovert who prefers to not be alone!
