How to evaluate a senior
We has a problem over patient management over night and attending basically sided with me. Since then he was trying to put me down. He has some serious knowledge deficiency and freaks out easily over anything which is not my style in medicine. I try to be cool so that I can think and so that nurses and other team members trust me but for him it sounds like I don't care which is absoluty not true. I feel he feels somehow threatened by me and he turned every suggestion about any patient down. I started to avoid talking to him and I just do my work and some shifts I avoided being on his team if I got chance. Now time to evaluate, should I say unable to assess or write a true factual evaluation. Talking into consideration I'm 100% sure he will also write me a bad one
