How to maintain mentality

I’m a 100ish hours into the game and I love it! It is first fps game I played in ten or so years, so my aim is just starting to be ok. But I really love tactical aspect of the game. I know most of operators interactions, weapons, maps, call-outs, strats, I watch a lot of YouTube and streamers, and try to implement everything into the gameplay. But I’m copper 2 in 90 games. And I have a friend which is a bit more experienced in fps games, have around 20 hours in, know almost no maps, almost never drones, don’t use cameras, don’t use cameras, don’t share info but somehow already bronze. Is there something wrong with me or am I just tilted?
