Pvz gw2 modding help

Can someone send me a download link to the frostymodsupport.dll from the basic issues channel in the frostbite modding discord sever (every modding tutorial for pvz gw2 says I need to replace the original frostymodsupport.dll from the frosty mod manager with the modified one to stop EA anticheat or something and I cannot join the server for some unknown reason that's why I'm asking)

Edit: To clarify, I'm modding, and I'm not cheating in Public lobbys
