Testosterone?

Just a random thought. I had severe scalp psoriasis from 11-13, that would come off in large plaques with hair attached. In that same time i had random on and off knee pain and soreness/swelling that didnt follow any injuries. Going into freshman year of high school, the psoriasis magically dissapeared, and the knee pain lessened in frequency and severity. Then even the knee pain went away completely at about 16-17. Fast forward 20 years, i get crippling psa with a nasty onset and skin issues at the same time (inverse and scalp psoriasis, as well as patches on elbows, chest, thighs, sometimes shins and forarms. Humira has me 60 percent better (was 80-90 but seems to be losing its strength). The question I have, has anyone ever heard anything about a boost in testosterone levels drowning out symptoms? It magically dissapeared with puberty for me without any type of treatment, and came back at 38 years old which i assume is when levels start to decline. Ill be 40 in july. Im not the TRT type but i will shoot that shit into my eyeballs if it means i can be somewhat pain free and my skin wont be on fire 24/7
