How should I do my living dex??

I'm creating a living dex but I have i situation, for the living dex you only need one of each pokemon for example: FRLG; caterpie, metapod, and butterfree. (First picture) but in SWSH that line is also included. Do I add the line into the SWSH games as well as the FRLG games??
