Ditching the oil
Hi all,
I’m an ethical vegan who also tries to eat WFPB for health but the unhealthy habits sometimes creep back in. Currently on a kick of trying to eat strictly WFBP again.
I mostly know what I’m doing with WFPB except for cutting out the oil. I make soups, stews and curries without oil pretty easily but I wanted to ask for tips on how I can make tasty roast veggies without oil? I love having a sheet pan of veg with a grain like quinoa and some stewed legumes, but always use oil in the sheet pan.
