People who have successfully gone from all day every day smokers to once or twice a week smokers: what strategies did you use?
Basically in the title. I'm done being tired all day, I'm done with being antisocial and lazy all the time from smoking all day every day.
But..... I don't want to give it up completely. There are some things I like to do that are just so much better for me when I'm high.
Does anyone who has gone from the all day every day smoker to a couple times a week smoker... Please share how you were able to do it.
