Meet Penelope.
Nobody knows where Penelope is because, once again, JQA dropped the ball. When you ask about Penelope, one (or more) JQA apologists play sadistic taunting games (see screen shots) about where she is. This dog is not "doing fine" or "happy" or "healthy" that anyone has been able to show. This dog is missing and they're playing games about it.
UPDATE: There is possibly an update about Penelope and her whereabouts. We await confirmation that she is safe. The information provided lacked credibility.
