Cant Equip golden Yagorath Skin

I cannot equip my golden yag skin anymore. Its clearly a bug, but i have no idea how to solve it. I can equip other skins, just not the golden one. Has anyone already had to deal with it or knows how to fix it? Thanks for the help.
