Is there anything at all obtainable from your inventory if switching from playing on Xbox to playstation?

My Xbox died a while ago and I got a ps5 a while back, just wondering if any of my stuff is obtainable because I'm starting to miss my weapon skins. I'm definitely not in a position to purchase any for my new account and getting them for free seems will take a while.
