Errors in Messaging Mods

I'm wondering if anyone else has had issues in messaging the mods for this community after a post has been removed. I am not trying to break any rules and had tried to respond to the mods for a post I had that was taken down, asking what rules I broke and how to avoid future transgressions. Every time I have gone to send this message I get a server error from reddit, my personal messages are filled with the failed submissions with just my profile as a part of the "group" message.

Has anyone else had this issue? Is there a way around this? I would just like to know why my post was deleted and for reason behind it as the automod did not give a specific reason.
