Not even 2 weeks in & already getting weird comments

I was 6 days into my first ever injection when my grandma (half blind I might add) asked me if I had been losing much weight recently and today (3 days after 2nd injection) she asked me if I was starving myself?? I’m not but that was concerning to hear.

She’s with me everyday too so you’d think that would make her not notice it so much but guess not. Only lost about 3kg so shouldn’t be this noticeable but was only 70kg when I started.

Now I’m really worried that my co workers will think the same and the rest of my family for that matter, no one except my closest friend group knows I’m on Ozempic and wasn’t planning on telling anyone else.
