Can I trust VividSeats?

More specifically, if I buy a ticket from there will it be valid for the concert? I just keep reading that they're not transferable, unless I buy from Ticketmaster/LiveNation but those ones are sold out. I searched this subreddit and I'm getting mixed answers, plus, my friend bought resale tickets off VividSeats ~4 months ago and received them (barcode swiper and everything).

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
