I bought tickets from Vivid seats

I bought tickets through vivid seats and I’m worried that they are a scam because of the non transferable rule

UPDATE: I am taking my losses with my PA tickets and went and purchased face value exchange tickets, definitely more expensive than what I originally paid but me and my fiancé know this was a once in a lifetime thing for us so we are taking a major roadtrip!
