Two different kind of content - one or two channels..?

I have two different kind of content, that I am working on. One is music-related, the other one is talk with interesting people.

So my question is, could/should I do them om two different channels, or could I have them on one channel with the possibility of having even more content on the same channel..?

(Its in my native language, Danish, if that makes any difference)
