Need help with Training camp makar

Hey!This is my first NHL in a few years.And I'm having issues with completing the objective "Training Camp Makar"Because I really don't understand what I'm supposed to do? Since I cannot access the auction house if this is not completed
Would anyone like to explain to me like a 5 year old?
