Steam cleaner/wet vacuum to clean car seat

I used baking powder to clean my car seat and now its stained with white patches. i have no idea how to get rid of it, im thinking of using a steam cleaner or something of that sort. Is there anywhere in Munich that would do it for me (cheap enough) or where i can rent it?
