Mounjaro and Liposuction

This may be a bit of a niche question but I'm hoping someone with a similar experience can give me some insight.

About a year ago, I got liposuction on the submental area in hopes of getting rid of some of my double chin and defining my jawline. The results weren't as drastic as I had hoped, but there is a little more definition. I just started at 2.5 mg last week and everyone keeps telling me the weight tends to come off your face first. Has anyone here gotten lipo before starting Mounjaro? How did it affect weight loss in the face?
