Day 1 Infinite with Good Cards Blink
CL 8500. This deck went 27-12 through most of the 80s and 90s to get to infinite.
It's a pricey deck - has six Series 5 cards plus Blink.
Other than that, it really isn't flashy - it just has good cards that can adapt to a variety of locations. It's very weak to Loki, but I only encountered him twice on this climb. The other nice thing about this deck is it's not hard to pilot ... with the exception that you have to know what options Blink has in your deck to pull. If there are no cards of bigger cost than the card you're trying to Blink, you get nothing.
The key Blink combo is of course Jubilee into Blink, which gets you at worst a Vision, as well as whatever good card Jubilee pulls, plus the base points from Blink.
Another nice option is Hope into Iron Lad, which gives you six energy on Turn 5 that you can use to Blink a one drop into something better.
I experimented with a deck designed soley around Blink with Ravonna, White Tiger, et al ... but I really found that the small Hope-Jubilee-Blink package was great on its own.
Overall I found Blink to be an excellent card. I'm looking forward to playing with her more and trying some trick plays. She certainly has potential for some turn six shenanigans. Next up I want to see how she does in a Negative deck.
