Apocalypse v Colossus

I really like these two Marvel Select fugures, because they are the closest figures produced that reflect both Legends first appearance in comics. My issue. I seems that the figure, Apocalypse is taller than the figure, Colossus. Shouldn't it be the other way around?

If, correct, should I ignore this rather large error by Marvel Select, and purchase them both, my OCD, is holding
