Query regarding WES Course-by-Course Evaluation

I applied for wes evaluation earlier this month and the status now reads :

Our course evaluators are preparing your course analysis before sending your report for review. You are not required to do anything at this time. The estimated completion date of your evaluation is 12/22/2023

It has already been 4 days past the initial given date. I have dealines for universities which require wes on jan 1st and now i'm kinda worried.

Checked their website for any email to communicate with them but only found a phone number which is a US number and I'm from India so i'm not sure how that works.

Can anyone provide an email that i can use to communicate with them or tel me how I should proceed next?
