fragrance oils?

It's a simple question. How do you offer new fragrance oils to a deity. I got 2 new fragrance oils for my birthday. I got them a little late because my stepdad was in qutar when he got them at a suke for me. I didn't really use fragrance oils because I didn't have them and I used a small bottle of perfume as a substitute. It's been a little while since I offered something physical that's not good to the deity's I warship so I don't really remember much.
