Neo Metal in NC Anyone?

Its only been a few days checking out more local stores than farther ones. Even shops like Ross and TJ Maxx. Inwould try Macy's but i remember they didnt have much ether. Kohl's as well. I'm feeling defeated so has anyone recently in NC had luck finding Neo Metal in target? Walmart? literally any store. All the help would be much appreciated and I'm not giving up. I do NOT want to pay 100 dollars worth for a figure like that.
