Cecil VS Mark and Mark VS Oliver parallels

With oliver killing the maulers ... will mark realise that cecil had the same fear with him ?

A kid with immense power beliving he's doing the right thing.

And when oliver flees after being confronted with it (like Mark did with Cecil) mark cant let him escape knowing he can harm others thinking his in the right and pursues him

Thats exactly what Cecil did with Mark in episode 2 ....Cecil was in the right
