Quick post for people skeptical of “THC-A flower”.
Here two packages of the same exact strains from the same exact company. The left was advertised as “popcorn” nugs while the right was advertised as “premium” nugs. (Popcorn just mean smaller and premium means large full size ones). But according to 2018 Federal farm bill the government would lable the left as marijuana (because the THC content is .91 which is greater than .3) and label the right as hemp (because it has a lower THC content than .3). The funniest part is tho the equation for total thc is (thc-a x 0.877) + THC. And when you do that equation the one that would be labeled “hemp” actually has more total thc… so in short THC-A weed is just plain ole weed
