ARENA STORE ITEM LEVEL

Currently TR9 5x70s bracket(70 70 70 70 69). Arena store gear level is 75-78 atm excluding artifacts. If i go TR10 but stay is the same bracket, meaning i don’t level up my fighters. What item level will the arena gear be? Stay at 75-78 or go up 85+?
