Deadeye loadout suggestions

Hello! Recently, I have been finding success with Vetterli deadeye gun. However, I currently have no idea what's the best secondary weapon to pair it with! Do anyone have good recommendations?

I love fighting between medium to long range.

Also, if anyone can give me better gun option than Vetterli that can use deadeye, that would be great! Thank you so much in advance, folks!
