I'm kinda confused rn

So well I don't read light novel much but always look up to the updates. And recently about the 12.5 volume in y2, I have been seeing A LOT of leaks telling like Kiyotaka really slept with Ichinose. Im kinda mad and confused ngl. If anyone can clear this up for me, pls let me know. Tysm:)
