SaltLine Seaside Oregon X Hilton?

I saw the SaltLine hotel listed as coming soon on hiltons website for about a year, then it’s since disappeared a while back. What happened? Is this hotel still going to be part of Hilton?

Was excited to use points here. I usually stay in the one in Arcata 30+ mins away.
