TPO Antibodies over 900 - Is there anything I can do that could actually help lower them?

For some background, I'm a 20 year old female who is 5'8.5" and 139 pounds, with almost everyone on my dad's side of the family having thyroid problems. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's this summer after months of thyroid pain from inflammation and my antibodies being over 900, however, my TSH was only 2.7. After getting checked a week ago, my TPO antibodies are still over 900 and my unmedicated TSH is now at 3.7 :(

I'm really panicking about developing this and the severity it might with such high antibodies, as I have a bit of fear of gaining weight. Is there any actual way to lower them? I've been taking selenium and zinc for the past few months, and am debating stopping hormonal birth control, trying different diets/medications, etc
