How do you get a referral link?

Everytime I try to get one, it just defaults to:

"Get paid for answering short surveys. Download Google Opinion Rewards now: (BASIC LINK)"

And I was given a referral link by my friend, so I'm here to ask how you can get one of your own.

EDIT: Stop using this thread as a means to ask people for a code, this is a QUESTION. Not an advertisement.
