what the hell????
Had one of my biggest spikes just now and i genuinely don't understand it. last night, i had a fish dish with spinach and brown rice--followed by 2 dates with pb and cacao nibs. after one hour, my BG was 109. After breakfast, I was at 124. I ate the literal same exact thing just now for lunch (the fish, spinach, brown rice thing) after one hour-190???? What???? this makes no sense :(. I didn't take my usual lunch walk bc I was with coworkers and trying to relax and enjoy myself. guess i learned my lesson?? this is just so frustrating because it feels like there's no rhyme or reason at all.
