Toto in the War

Anyone know if you can find where Toto is after the war? He wasn’t involved in my archon quest at all, so I’m not sure if he’s alive or not. Just saw some people commenting that he died in some of the archon quests. I wish that hoyo would write our death count as well as all the noteable NPCs who died at the little mourning place. If anyone saw Toto die is he on the NPC list?

Anyone know if we can also pay respects to Chuychu after the war? Her body was in the stadium at the end but I doubt it’s still there… Probably just going to have to wait for surveys to come out to give feedback about this stuff.
