Question on V02
I want my Vo2 to be better it's 41. I'm 28 5"7 200lbs I do alot more weights than cardio. I know bmi is a large component. my body fat in no where near "obese" how do you guys get around this?
My split M-legs 15min run T upper body 15min W-Recovery-45 min run T-Legs 15min run F-Upper 15 min run
S/s off due to work 12hr shifts
