Curious if you use a screen protector?

With the anti-reflective built in screen, I wondered if anyone uses a screen protector and if so, does it negatively impact what Samsung’s built in for less reflections?

Is there a recommended brand that works well and doesn’t impact the anti-reflective coating?

I just pulled the trigger on an S25U and it’s expected to be delivered in just 1 week! I’m excited and nervous (coming from iPhone 14 Pro & have been with iPhone since the Galaxy S10: iPhone XS, iPhone 13 Mini, iPhone 14 Pro).
