Am I underleveled?

Hi guys, I'm level 68 right now and I've just beat the Fire Giant and set the erdtree on fire, and am now in Faram Azula. What level am I supposed to be right now? Fire Giant was pretty rough and took me 15 or so attempts, and im aware that Faram Azula is probably quite a bit harder. FYI I have a melee bleed build going, with Bloodhound's Fang +6 and most of my points in Vigor and Dexterity.
