Desperately seeking bluetooth earbuds that don't seal, preferably behind the ear - Similar to Plantronics Backbeat Fit (discontinued?)

I've been using backbeat fit earbuds for years - I love that they connect behind the neck and don't seal the ears so I can't hear myself chew, and can hear what's going on around me.
