Tokens to get reindeer and mysterious fountain in winter quest

Hi! I'm having a problem and I have a few questions :(

I followed this tiktok and it said there can be two tokens collected from chapter two and chapter 3 boss fight. But I couldn't find tokens in either ones??? Is it because the winter quest is already ending and the valentines day one is arriving soon? How do I get these tokens and where do I take them to, to get the reindeer?

Also I took the left trolley in chapter 2 which led me to a reindeer fountain. Do any of you know what code I'm supposed to add there?
