Dreame L10s Ultra Warranty Experience

Curious to know what everyone's experience has been when it comes to dealing with Dreames support.

Purchased the unit through ebay, the official Dreame store, which labeled the unit as New condition but came as a refurbished. For the price I am not surprised it came refurbished but still annoying.

Everything works great with the unit expect the moping does not work. The mop pads will not spin, other wise it seems to do everything else just fine. Seems like whatever repairs needed to be done wasn't actually done correctly. I have reached out to ebay seller and started a conversation there but they are wanting to offer a refund. I'd like for them to send me another unit that actually works correctly but worse case, getting a refund isn't the worse thing.

Now I have also reached out directly to Dreame support and they have process a request to have the unit replaced but I am still waiting for more details on this via email.

I guess my question here is, base on other peoples experience with Dreames support, should I try sending the unit in for repairs or go ahead and move forward with getting a refund. I would hate to send the unit off for repairs and then by the time I get the unit back that I am pass the refund window through ebay.

So fare I am loving everything about the L10s and can tell its an upgrade from the Ecovac T8+ but if this doesn't work out then I may look into picking up the Eufy x10.
