Why are EU being matchmaked with Asia?

So I have about 20 hours so far and I have noticed that I keep getting put into lobbies with Chinese/Asian players on operations.

9 times out of 10, whenever I do, I always die very suspiciously. Insta headshotted, shot from miles away, shot through smoke etc etc

Matchmaking should be region locked.
