Hello, I'm new!

I'm new to Dandy's World and would like to know if my OC's stats and price/requirements are fair. Their name is Gloam the Crystal Ball (Gloam for short) and I was trying to follow the 15 star for regular toon rule so I want feedback if there's anything I should change!

Maybe the ability needs changed?? Let me know
