Speaker replacement

I have a couple questions about these speakers 1.could I get an adapter plate so the upper 10ich speaker could be replaced with a 6 inch speaker 2. The whole inside of the box is open do I need to separate the sub from the rest. 3. Can I put car subs a speakers in and run them off of a regular house amp. 4 what speakers should i get to stay relatively low power and cheap
