Wildheart Hunger Refuses to Drop

I'm on an eternal Druid and have run Lord Zir at least 40-50 times, and I have YET to receive a SINGLE Wild heart Hunger!!! Is anyone else having this issue?? Also, does anyone have one they're willing to part with cause at this point I'm desperate lol
