options to play ck3?

with geforce now upgrading it's billing processor (and it taking days and days) I cannot purchase the paid memberships, meaning I wait for 30mins to play for an hour, totally not worth it.

any other streaming services out there?

My laptop can't handle the game locally, and I can't afford a thousand dollars for a desktop.
