Trans and have to go off Humeria/Methotrexate to start HRT

Basically title. I can't freeze sperm while on methotrexate, and I'm honestly very scared of going off Humeria in order to do so. It's provided me perfect remission for over 3 years now, and I'm scared that no other drug will be able to keep me in remission like it does. Just looking for any words of wisdom from people who also had to stop for the same reason or some other reason.
