How much time does HDFC takes to reverse unauthorised transaction?

So i recently got swiggy hdfc credit card, and despite of cancelling the subscription, one website charged me and their support team is not responding at all. So i raised a dispute to hdfc. I have faced similar issue with icici amazon pay card and got refund before getting new card. Anyone has faced this situation with hdfc before?
