Turbotax...you need to exchange the card for the software download

A few weeks ago I bought Turbotax in the store. I scanned the card, and since there is no CD anymore, I assumed it was ready to go to download, like with a scratch-off code inside. Today, when trying to download the program, I noticed it says in the corner "Important, Exchange with cashier for product". Of course, I used self-checkout and there was no notification to do that, so now what? I will bring the card back to the store with my receipt, but it is both embarrassing and a nuisance. Funny that the receipt checker didn't notice either. So make sure you exchange that card to get the actual product!
