Lawsuit againts CoinStats (regarding stolen funds via Hack)

We need to unite and take legal action against CoinStats because:

• They misinformed us about the security of private keys in their wallet. The keys were unencrypted, stored with a third-party custodian, and no one was informed that CoinStats would retain them—this is ridiculous.
• They are not answering any questions regarding the hack.
• They have remained silent for months after the hack, seemingly hoping the issue will fade away. They even ban users who ask too many questions.
• There is no public strategy for addressing the situation—no refund announcements, no long-term transparency about resolving the issue.

Has anyone already filed a lawsuit against them, or do we need to organize a class action?
