Why does Kadokawa fumble the Animation of the Anime so bad?

I dont get it at all, like the Light novel is a fucking masterpiece. Why wouldnt they put atleast the same effort like in s1 and s2?? Can they please just fuck off and leave the Anime then if thats how it will Keep going?
